Vector graphics are made up separate objects that can be freely edited, resized, coloured, flipped, rotated, copied and moved. Each object consists of a number of known points called 'nodes'. Each node anchors the outline of the object and determines the shape of the outline using 'Control Handles'. Read more
Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an open, industry-standard XML-based format for vector graphics developed by the W3C. Its acceptance is growing fast. Most vector editors these days can import and export SVG, and modern browsers (such as Firefox and Opera) can display it directly, i.e. without requiring any plugins. (For Internet Explorer, there's an SVG Viewer plugin from Adobe.)
There are a couple of ways. You can use the form on the right or you can email the images to me at studio@skarekrow.co.uk.
Either way please include as much info as you have including any font names if you know them. When emailing it is also very important to use a pertinent subject name. My inbox is full of subject names such as 'artwork' or 'vector please'. Try to start the subject line with the word 'Vector' followed by the name of the file you want me to vectorize.
This will ensure that jobs don't go unnoticed.
The easiest way is via paypal either with your paypal account or a credit card. We will send you a proof of your vector logo along with a paypal button in an email. If you accept the artwork, just click the button and pay and we will send you the finished vector logo.
If you start to use us a lot we will set up an account and you will be billed monthly.
If you don't like the vector image that we've created from your original file, no issues, we will either revise it until you are fully satisfied or at any time you can quit. We won't ask for the payment until you are fully satisfied or until you have approved the initial proof. We will ask for the payment only once you have approved the initial proof.
That depends. We aim to get your vector graphic back to you within 24hr but quite often it will be a lot sooner. If the logo is very complicated it may take longer but we will give you an estimated delivery time before we start. We do not generally work on the weekends so if you send me a file on a Friday you may not get the vector file back until Monday. If you need a file converting on a weekend just contact us via email and we will endevour to help you out.
If you need a super fast conversion just ask. We will do everything we can to get your vector logo to you asap.
Yes. We have a minimum charge of £12.50 which equates to half an hour of work. I you send a couple of very simple images and I do them both within the half hour I will only charge you £12.50
If you have a large number of images to convert send them all and I will quote you as a job lot. It will work out cheaper than if you sent them separately.
We will send you all the final converted vector files through email. In the future we plan to have account access on our web site so you will be able to download the file(s) directly from there as often as you like..... a good idea in case you lose the image.
Of course. There are more ways to contact us on our contact page including phone, email and skype. It would be great to hear from you.
